I've had enough. I hate leaving bad reviews but something needs to change at this Mcdonalds location. We come here very often, probably more than once a week. So this review is really based on giving them months of the benefit of the doubt.
The food is fine but I can't deal with the fact that there is always something out of stock. In the last 3 weeks we've been here 4 times and every time the mcflurries were out of stock. The frappes were out of stock twice. Just today they have about 7 items on the menu out of stock. I could understand if this happened once or twice but this is their normal order of business.
On top of that the wait times are crazy. It's always been my belief that the point of McDonald's is fast service and fast food. We have come at all hours of the day and I've never spent less than half an hour waiting for my food. We have actaully had to wait 1 hour and 27 minutes for two double cheeseburger meals. I've tested the drive thru and going inside it barely makes a difference. Inside they will show that your order is ready to collect and then it will be removed from the board half an hour before your food is ready to eat.
I have had wonderful experiences with the staff but I've also had horrible experiences. I have honestly never complained because I am inclined to give people the benefit of the doubt. However today was the last straw something needs to be improved at this...
Read moreWhat a bad experience today!!!! This was racism against white people in the worst case. My husband and I stood at the Mc Café counter. I ordered the last two chocolate doughnuts in the fridge display. There was only 2 left. I was busy counting out my money on the counter while the attendant placed the 2 doughnuts unto a take away container for me. A black lady costumer came and stood right next to me while this was all happening and spoke in her mother tongue to the attendant. Instead of handing me the doughnuts the attendant handed my doughnuts to the lady next to me. I was speechless. When asking why she is giving my doughnuts to this lady she ran into the kitchen and came back with the explanation that this other lady payed before me at the main paying point. I said to her that I ordered first and that my money was laying on the counter. We spoke to the manager and all she said was "Oh sorry". No savvy to say let us compensate you for our rude discriminating behaviour..... We are senior citizens. There is just NO respect. Nothing, just a blank stare with sorry.... What is happening with Mc Donalds? Are the people running these franchises even trained and...
Read moreI honestly wish I could give a minus review but just because the manager was so nice and calm as well as apologetic about the whole incident.. I’d only give a one star. The service at the drive through was very disappointing.. Understandable it was 23:00 yesterday and they do not allow customers inside due to safety reasons which we were told after the whole incident while talking to the manager, but my dad urgently needed the bathroom and they didn’t have nuggets so we asked the lady at the drive through said that we can come in to see what they do have and don’t and as my dad walked to go inside she said my dad can’t go to the bathroom… we asked her what do they have and she blatantly ignored us.. We barely could order something and she just gave us a slip to pay for one thing which was for only one person… where my dad and i still had to order.. she had a very bad attitude and this very smug face.. smiling at us the whole time and ignoring us.. I honestly am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this behaviour.. as she has the attitude that she will have no repercussions… she shouldn’t be in customer service if this is her behaviour...
