McDonald's Silverton — Restaurant in Gauteng

Well over 2 months ago I attempted to charge my laptop at this McDonald’s using the customer wall socket at the front. It wasn’t working and I reported it to the supervisor on duty.

A certain lady who drives a blue Hyundai “dismissed” it because of her personal problems with me. A day later I went back and tried to charge again and it still wasn’t working. I reported again and the lady who’s driving a blue Hyundai dismissed it again because it was “me” raising it.

2 months later the plug is still not working, because the lady cannot see customers as customers, she sees them as the people whom she doesn’t like for whatever reasons she has and uses that as the premise to determine whether or not they deserve to have their problems addressed.

I am not done yet, I will be contacting head office because I’m tired of this trash McDonald’s store.

I’ve come back to add more info on this. I tried to let the manager Mr. Mokoena… know and here is how our conversation went:

Me: Hi please try to address that plug issue.

Him: NO, WE ARE NOT GOING TO ADDRESS ANYTHING.

That was the end of the conversation. Is there a reason why this McDonald’s is allowed to give us...

A huge shout-out to the amazing team at McDonald’s for the kindness, patience, and care you consistently show my 80-year-old mom. She doesn’t always know the menu or how to navigate the technology, but every time she visits, your staff goes above and beyond to assist her with warmth and understanding.

As her daughter living in the USA, I cannot thank you enough for looking after her with such genuine compassion. It means the world to know that she is treated with dignity and care. You are absolute rockstars, and I’m truly grateful.

Oh—and she absolutely loves her Sausage McMuffin with Egg, Rooibos tea, and hashbrowns. It’s the highlight of her visit every time!

We went and bought 3 Meals and the food was not up to par today, It had an unusual or off taste.The flavors didn't blend well. Chicken patty was overcooked, it was dry. As for the drinking I'm so disappointed, I fail to understand what that drink called, as it didn't taste like usual McDonald drink, it was tasteless, however I just want to Rate good service that I have received from Jackie with a smile through out, thank you Jackie. Last but not least there's McFlurry Oreo on the Appfor R29 that when redeeming it, the app rejects the code with error message. We were told that it's IT issue on their side and it can't be sold, why are they not removing it then since it can't be redeemed...
