McDonald's Skinner Street — Restaurant in Gauteng

We loved coming to this McDonald's as its on our way home and naturally we frequent here. We had our first bad experience when we decided to eat inside (we normally do the drive through), the table was dirty and my partner asked to have it cleaned up and the shock when the lady gave him a cloth to clean the table himself. I was shocked and annoyed but he asked that we let it go and he proceeded to clean the table. I couldnt deal with the treatment so I asked him to take our order and leave. We regarded the aforementioned experience as isolated and kept coming back. On November 2022 at around 20h30 we came in to eat and charge up our phones as we were experiencing loadshedding. The AC was extremely cold and we asked that they turn it down and we were told no, we asked to sit where there is no AC which had tape around it and we were denied and when we enquired why they couldn't turn the AC down or allow us to sit there they provided no answer. So we made our purchase and after we did they told us we can't stay long as they are closing at 9. My partner asked why they didn't disclose this before the order but they didn't say anything. We sat down and waited for our food and the lady that brought the food said we need to leave at 9 and my partner asked the same question further asking her if it sounds right and she said it didn't and left. A few minutes later they sent the security guard to ask us to leave as they were closing. We told him the phones are almost charged up and we will do so thereafter .The ladies at the counter kept making remarks to make us feel uncomfortable. They succeeded and we left but let me say that, that will be my last time there. Their staff is very unprofessional and I've never had such an unpleasant eating experience. So disappointed...

i whas visiting McDonald's again today round about 13h00pm on this day they help me to place my order then I choose a table where I can sit so once i be seated i whas not waiting long for my meal and after they bring my meal with my drink then they told me that they don't have any sauces like tamato sauce or musted they waiting for delivery so i finish my meal and I order only large chips with large orange drink but my way that i see it how can I enjoy my meal with out any sauces i allready menshen it in this post that i busy sending if u keep going on like this i can promise u Mcdonald is gonna loose clients and this is not the first time that this is happening there is not one French sise of McDonald's in in gauteng and this is not the only one u got a French sise in waverley plaza there i place my order and i order always a large orange juice no but don't have i took a apple juice but why is McDonald's haveing this problem either they don't have the drinks or sauces do today finnish my fries with out any sauces i think next time i will go to a restaurant and order a 600gram tbone with fries and sauces and a nother thing about McDonald's in skinner street while i whas bust enjoying my fries and juice there whas other clients that they been told the story about the sauces and I whas whatsing there faces and u can see the way they acting so i don't think a will visit a McDonald's French sise untill they solved this problem next time i will visit a parrots restaurant there if u ask for salt or any sauces they bring there is no sorry they bring it that is what i call service either whise McDonald's gonna...

I always go to this McD for a chilled vibe and a bit of privacy, it's a great place for a quick meeting at any time of the day. But I am mostly there at night.

The service is effective on both the drive trust and the inside service. But with instore purchases, just remember to be a bit patient because we all know that McD has forgotten it's initial service time roots.

That does bother me much, because I am a very patient person. One thing that bothered me last time I was there, is that one of the employees was rushing my order on the self service machine.

I ended up just ordering whatever was near, because I hate unnecessary conflicts. Another thing that is not clear is which tables a permitted for sit ins and which onces are not, more specifically if you are there for the first time.

Maybe you should have barricade or something preventing people from sitting down, because I thought it was only parts of the seating setup that was not allowed.

And then 3 minutes later when I had already settled in, the same employee rudely said you are not allowed to sit there. As if I am a Sangoma or Psychic, with a predictive spirits.

While it was just an interpretation mistake🙄🙄🙄🙄 I move to another area with embarrassing fashion 🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️ Luckily I was not on a date or a professional...
