Nando's Norkem Corner — Restaurant in Gauteng

Never order from Nandos Norkem. I have ordered twice. First time I ordered a whole chicken there wax no sauce on it (you can see previous reviews stating the same thing, more than one person cant be wrong). Second time I ordered, I ordered a sharing portion of wedges and got a single portion of wedges so not only are these guys bad according to all the reviews (Ive never seen a 2.2 rating for any business) but theyre crooks and you cant report this on Uber Eats so youre stuck being robbed. Im sure the store will respond with their basic 'what the cluck' or 'what the duck' response but these responses never make any recompense. In comparison, Ive ordered from Nandos glen acres many times and always been satisfied. This has to be the worst Nando's in the country. Speed points don't work. They constantly decline then cashier has the ordasity to ask if I have money in my account. When I ask her what the speedpoint says about the error then she says it cannot connect due to loadshedding. I had to draw physical cash at ATM to make the purchase. Then we could not sit and eat in the restaurant as all their employees were eating and having a chat on the customer seats. So we sat on the benches. When we ask one of the employees why they do this she asks where we expect them to sit and have lunch. I must talk to the manager if I'm not happy. Food was bad by the way. I ordered their perinaise, avo and caramelised onion pita and that was massive mistake on my side. The avo was not the creamy avo, it was unseasoned bland abo slices. The onions were chunky and boiled just like the chicken strips. I did call their customer care line but they were not much help - I'm yet to receive a call from the manager as promised.
