Nandos Panorama remains a popular affordable dining restaurant. This however has not deterred them from delivering prompt and efficient service to all patrons who walk through their doors.

The staff are always friendly ones upon arrival and take your order with attentive care so as to not disappoint upon delivery. They claim that every order - upon payment- should take 8 to 10 minutes and to some degree this is true. If they aren't too busy you'll surely get it with that said time but it's the opposite when they are inundated with orders - resulting in 12 - 15 minutes waiting time, which isn't bad at all.

They hardly ever put their foot wrong with ones order, although they could improve on their "call and collect" service. There's been instances where I had to wait for my order even after arriving 10 minutes later than what they had said my order would be ready.

I honestly wasn’t going to share this, but I feel I have to. Yesterday we bought a full Lemon & Herb chicken, and the taste was absolutely disappointing. The sauce tasted watered down, with no spice or flavor at all, certainly nothing close to the Lemon & Herb taste we expected. I even tried it again the next morning, thinking maybe it was just me the first time, but it was still the same. This is actually the second time I’ve had this experience, which makes it even more disappointing. Your Nando’s used to be consistently good, but lately the quality and flavor have really dropped. Please work on improving your flavor because right now, it’s just not the Nando’s...

No empathy shown for processing and preparing an incorrect order. No management/supervisors available to resolve the issue personally with customers but instead sat in their office & sent messages via the staff. Poor product knowledge and understaffed ... Driver takes orders as there are insufficient cashiers to man the desk - This was the start of our troubles. Flame-grilled mielies not seasoned and basted at all... Rather close on a public holiday instead of understaffing ... saves us all the trouble. It's a definite "Shame on...
