Nando's Rosettenville — Restaurant in Gauteng

Nando's quality is consistent across all their shops, I have chicken and salad if I'm alone for a full chicken with two sides plus a 2 l Coke and a salad if I'm with my wife but this particular location I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 because i have tried to buy after their closing time and was turned away twice they close too early at around 7:00 even if there is a queue of people begging for them to open a bit longer they will still close down the shop this is the problem with having a business being run by only employees because they don't care about the loss of revenue considering the fact that our economy is now bad. I'm not suggesting that people should work more than 8 hours but I'm suggesting that the manager be fired for not bringing to the attention of the owners that they need to create more shifts into the night and hire more south africans to work as long as there are people to buy the Nando's product and collect more money for the business. Having said this I must emphasize that their quality of service and food is exactly the same as every other Nandos but I think they should do better in terms of employing more people as well as serving the customers at the Times which we are free...

This is the very first Nandos in the Whole word but the most neglected, with a very poor service. You might think that management is very xhenophobic. The staff is not trained for customer service, the eating area is neglected and really not a pleasant place anymore. We saw the birth of Nando's back in 1987, but I can't personally believe they could dump their monument of a restaurant in the garbage because the area is deteriorating. Instead, they should be instrumental in the upgrade of the area and make their very first restaurant a memorable place where visitors from across the globe could be coming to witness where...

Ordered dubble portion chicken livers for R59 from Nandos Main Street, Rosettenville. When I got home I was so shocked when I opened the box to see like only 3 small chicken livers and about our 2 tablespoons of sause in the box. I phoned Nandos and spoke to Thuli. And she told me that is their dubble size portion and I told her it can't be correct as 1 portion will be like 1 small chicken liver and she said that it is correct. Even had an odd smell when I opened the box. For portion size I can't see how that is possible But I won't order anything from them again. I don't have this problems with comaro...
