Nandos is great and all but this Nandos does get a few things incorrect I feel in terms of the food. I have been twice within a month and both times the food I received was disappointing.

The chicken wrap I received was drenched in sauce that covered the outside of the wrap and leaked out of the packaging. There was all but one bite of the wrap was chicken with no vegetables at all in those bites. The last one was just drenched soggy vegetables with no chicken in the sauce. The sauce also unfortunately stains so don't get it on your clothes as you didn't expect a waterfall instead of a wrap. 😞

Similarly the pita I ordered was much of the same with its just drenched and falling apart and leaving a pool of sauce at the bottom of it. It was more of a soup than a meal unfortunately.

The Festa roll ordered as well just didn't seem right. It felt like key ingredients were lacking.

I do hope improvement on this respect is seen but a positive is the staff are really friendly and the looks and feel of the restraunt is nice.

I would like to try them again sometime but I don't think I would spend my money again on that nandos until I know I am getting...

Worst service ever. Kgomotso(the guy who was taking orders and giving them out) had the worst attitude towards the customers. Totally appalling. Waited for 30 mins and those who arrived after me, simply got their orders and left. I had to ask for feedback as to where my order was. The guy, Khomotso, simply ignored my question and spoke to the guy on the grill to only start making it then. I received the order 10 mins later and it was incorrect, I informed him and yet again, I was ignored. I wasted a further 10 mins waiting for it to be fixed and still nothing happened. So 50 mins wasted on a bad order. One customer won't bring an established to its knees but that's one place I refuse to go back to. He treats customers as if he's doing them a favor by him being on duty. Totally...

Nandos will always be Nandos.. Lekker chicken and unique decor. I would have taken pics if I was not with my seniors from work.. In any case the staff should be changed. They do not serve with a smile at all. A colleague ordered a stuffed chicken avo pitta, and it came without the Avo. He sent it back and when it returned it looked like the avos were forced in there and not neatly arranged...or maybe that's how it's supposed to be? Highly doubt it cos it did not look appetizing at all and not even a single apology. The lady who brought the pita back just placed it on the table and left. I think I'll only go there to use the loo.. Oh stuff it, I love Nandos so I'll take away and not sit...
