Outstanding Service & Delicious Food! I had such a wonderful experience at Propa Ganda today! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The service I received from Manager Mr Sonmore Molai and Waiter Mr Mongezi Manzini was truly exceptional. They consistently checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable and treated me with so much respect and kindness. It’s rare to find a team so attentive and professional they made me feel like a valued guest. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious fresh, full of flavor enjoyed the barbecue sauce and beautifully presented. Every detail of my visit was handled with care and it turned my outing into a memorable experience. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful. Propa Ganda is definitely a place I recommend to others and I can’t wait to come...

POOR SERVICE TODAY FROM STAFF.

I am not happy with the service today at PROPAGANDA, the captain is defensive and not willing to hear a customer Complaint. I felt disrespected by the captain "matimba" his attitude towards resolving issues NEEDS TRAINING. I wanted to have my lunch at this establishment but that did not happen because of the security guard who was biased towards me and my companion. E.g. he mentioned that saddles are not allowed but I pointed out a customer that was already inside with saddles and having her lunch..this is unprofessional and biased..we felt judged and humiliated. I suggest this changes and training be provided to address customers in a respectful manner.

Firstly, the fact that you paid for VIP do not guarantee you a chair, let alone the table. When we got to the VIP lots of tables were reserved for who? I have no idea, probably for VVIP, imagine the sparkles(cricket like fireworks) to place our drinks on the floor 🙄 As if that was not enough the sound went dead twice, the second time was when Kabza was on the decks, for probably 15 minutes, imagine??? I will stick with Establishment thank you, I am too old to be treated like a second grade citizen. Also VIP has only 2 toilet cubicles at the ladies and the mirrors are inside I spend the longest time just waiting to pee, needless to say my first experience of Pretoria was ruined, for me:...
