Red Chilli Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Gauteng

I went to this restaurant in summer with my sister and the staff was so bad! Like over the top BAD. We went to the counter to place our order & we greeted a guy there but he didn't greet back and I don't know what he had with us racism or was he just having a bad day but he was very rude and responded with "we don't have that" to every meal we tried to order from there...I just want the management to do a staff training before they disrespect and gain bad reputation for themselves because there was no need for that person to treat us the he did and no one else should go through my experience...

Within the space of one month, the food went from great to fair to terrible. Portions halved, the Chicken Korma became some weird bland concoction and even the rice became terrible. A heads up was given on the last 2 occasions that something is seriously wrong in the kitchen and the lady with whom we place the orders tried conveying our disappointment to the chef, but unfortunately to no avail. Went from being a loyal weekly customer for the last 8 months to not being willing to spend another cent, in less than a month. So...

How standards drop. My family was subjected to astounding incompetence and treatment by the manager recently I have been trying to make the owner aware of the situation especially as we have been loyal and regular customers for the past few years long before this branch opened. All attempts to make contact have been ignored by the same said management. We are voting with our feet now and will not support them anymore. Clearly loyalty, respect and competence of their staff is not...
