The chicken wings starter is amazing, like really, I had bbq flavour. I then ordered the 1kg sticky pork ribs. The ribs are phenomenal. A lot of meat that is tender, and they are not fatty at all. The flavour is great. The chips are pretty average, and they can up their game a little there. I also had a coffee milkshake, and that was pretty average as well but was still nice. The atmosphere is nice and the music was good. The restaurant is a bit hot though and they can do with better air-conditioning. We were serviced by Rego, and she was delightful. The manager also popped by 2 or 3 times for meaningful interactions. Overall, I am a happy customer, and they will definitely see me many more times. The small criticisms I had, I believe, would put them on 5 star for me across the board for the dining budget this establishment falls into. I believe everything is great value for money ito what you are getting. They are still awaiting their liquor license, which I also must say is really long overdue now. I can't hold it against them, but it could affect your experience there, especially since I feel that the cuisine pairs well with some alcoholic beverages in my taste and opinion. We came for an early dinner. There was 2 tables in the shop. We were greeted at the door and seated. I asked the waiter what spainish onions are and replied she does not know. My wife ordered a cheese sauce on the side for her wagu burger which we did not get. When we asked for the bill we got one from another table which was cheaper. I told the waiter this is not our bill and she then brought our bill. Upon viewing it I see we were charged for the cheese sauce but never received it. I informed the waiter. She then went to the kitchen to query this. They eyed my wife and I out as if we were lying. Why didn't she got to the manager first instead. It has nothing to do with the kitchen. It is sad that mistakes often come when a shop is quiet. The waiters have to be taught properly to read their order back to the client and make sure it is correct when going out to the table. The manager never called on any tables during our entire time. Also when taking out the bill check that it is correct and stay in close proximity to await method of payment. I had a 3 course lunch at Ribs & Burgers Linton's corner this week. A most pleasant experience. The food I had was EXCELLENT, from the crumbed mushroom starter, to the pork chops and side apple and cabbage salad to the cheese cake and ice cream desert. Well prepared, exceptional but subtle spicing, good portions and reasonably priced. LOVE the Lavazza coffee. The food arrived promptly and hot. The waiter kept an eye on the table without being intrusive. The restaurant has about 20 or so tables inside providing very comfortable seating of which 10 are booth like. There are about 8 outside tables. Excellent acoustics as I had a table next to the open plan kitchen but could easily converse without the kitchen noise, back ground music or fellow visitors' conversations being overpowering. There is a R99.00 lunch menu with selected items from the main menu that will not leave you hungry and a take a way counter for those that do not have time for a sit down meal.
