Roman's Pizza Atteridgeville — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered dinner using Ubereats for the first time today(the 1st day of December), I doubt I completed my order as I didn't receive any confirmation for it. I called at 20:50 to check my order, the call was answered by Dimatso who tried to understand my challenge and asked me to hold for Salome, her manager. Salome didn't focus on the problem, but asked me if I can make it to the store before they close at 21:00, in 4min. I have never come across a person who still concider her clients needs 4 minutes before they knock off, unless that person is a true definition of service with excellence👏👏👏I hope the management chain of Romans pizza Atlyn give both Dimatso and Salome the recognition...

The service was as quick as can be for a place that has a lot of customers. We waited quite long for the order though but I think that was because some pizzas were prepared simultaneously for customers who made telephonic orders, creating a high volume of orders for the kitchen and not enough hands to keep up. The pizza was made to our liking and we enjoyed it. Overall my experience was good, teller was not friendly but at least he was efficient and the pizza...

I got home late from work , i was really hungry and I ordered my pizza online yesterday(17-03-2023) around 19:30PM i waited for almost 2 hours for my pizza to arrive and it didn't , the uber eats app said there's no driver to deliver, my question is why would Romans Pizza Attlyn(Attridgeville) Accept my order if they know no one will deliver it....
