Roman's Pizza Bronkhorstspruit — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have known Roman's for quite a long time and their food is great!

But it pains my heart to see that they are understaffed and inadequate to deal with the fast growing delivery trend. I had to wait 1h35min for my food to be delivered to my doorstep. I also went in store to do the collection myself seeing that they were battling to deliver. But they insisted that he was there waiting at my place. When I got back to my surprise he still wasn't there. I had to re-heat the cold pizza in my microwave after waiting for Raman's to finally deliver my pizza.

I mean it couldn't have been worse. No seating to even get me started. The lady helping you behind the counter can't spell, might aswell buy her a dictionary. Can't pronounce the most easy of pizza's on the list. Basically doesn't even understand English. The waiting area as you might call it is dirty, footprints everywhere, seats stacked ontop of each other. And you won't believe the amount of time I spent here standing and waiting for my 1 pizza. Couldn't be worse. Wish -1 star rating...

We placed an order at 17:29 for two large pizzas. When collecting at 18:30, the pizza’s were not even made yet. When finally receiving the pizza’s, after the lady that took the order and repeated the order, she could not even put extra cheese on the pizza as requested instead placing the extra cheese on the incorrect pizza. The service is totally unacceptable after buying from Romans for years, and I will not buy another pizza after the horrible...
