Roman's Pizza Ebony Mall Tembisa — Restaurant in Gauteng

I had a very bad experience today n this is the first time happen. My daughter placed an order at ebony Romans pizza via Uber ears she waited until it says delivered while it wasn't , then ordered the for the 2nd time it DD the same. When I call they said they can't help us they gve us a number to call Uber ears team. They said they only deal with the restaurant n till I call back again spoke with sfiso supervisor . Advised to go on app and make follow as they cannot be able to assist us. Service is good, quick turn-around time from order being placed. However When ever I order online, the only two stores that show up for delivery are the ones located in Sanridge and waterfall. Yet I am in Rabie Ridge and the closest store does not deliver to me (to my knowledge based on my online ordering experience) Other brands based at the same mall as Romans, or within the same approximate delivery distance like Mayibuye (sounds like: Durban-ehhs/Hey-eff-sea) all deliver to me. Everything is good except , contact details are wrong. I drove from Pretoria trying to contact them for an order. You can't call and collect because they have 081 number , and you cant order and collect on Romans website, yet there are 4 monitors in store.
