Roman's Pizza Industria — Restaurant in Gauteng

Im a very displeased customer I stay in Kloofendal and drove all the way to Your Industria Branch to buy Halaal Pizza. Im a regular customer always buying in Fordsburg and at your Industria Branch. Today the pizzas where so bad. Ive asked for thin base four in one and Chicken and mayo with macon. I got home ready to serve my family and the entire order was not only wrong but so badly made that we couldn't even eat it. The dough was raw inside and it was thick based and instead of getting chicken mayo with macon we received a very dry chicken filling i cant identify the taste. Its just awful. I am a frequent buyer at Roman's and I am utterly disappointed that with everything happening in Palestine, Israel supporting products which are supposed to be boycotted is promoted in a way that South Africans cannot partake in a special unless they buy these genocide enabling products. As a halaal outlet there should be an alternative if not complete unstocking of these products. South Africans should boycott as we depended on others to do so to help us through apartheid. I am faithful that this will not fall on deaf ears and hope to see the change it rightfully deserves. The staff were very helpful. The only frustration we experienced is having beggars coming to you while you are inside the shop and asking for money or food. Awkward because I was purchasing on behalf our company for people attending training. Difficult to say no when you are carrying 8 x double large pizzas costing a few R1000. Horrible to be placed on that position. Please stop that from happening in your store as it is just unpleasant...won't rush back I am afraid, even though the staff handled...
