Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Romans Pizza
Rating: ⭐️ (Not even one star)
Date and Time of Purchase: 8th February, 17:49
My recent visit to Romans Pizza left me utterly dismayed and disgusted. I purchased several pizzas on the aforementioned date and time, but what followed was a series of unfortunate events that led to an unfortunate case of food poisoning and an excruciating three-day recovery period.
To begin with, the pizzas were severely undercooked and even raw in certain areas. The crust was pale and doughy, lacking the required crispness and flavor. It was evident that the pizzas were rushed and lacked the attention to detail that one would expect. This subpar preparation not only impacted the taste but also compromised our health.
Adding to the distressing experience, the bacon topping was incredibly disappointing. It not only had an odd taste but also appeared to have been left out in the open for an extended period. This blatant oversight by the staff is not something that should be tolerated. Such negligence in handling and preparing ingredients puts the health and safety of customers at risk.
Soon after consuming the pizza, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps and, unfortunately, an uncontrollable bout of vomiting. It was evident that I had fallen victim to food poisoning, an experience nobody should have to endure. This not only ruined my day but also incapacitated me for three long days, making a simple mistake with huge consequences all the more frustrating.
I implore Romans Pizza to take immediate action to rectify these grave issues. The health and satisfaction of customers should be your utmost priority. Implementing rigorous quality checks and ensuring that every pizza is cooked to perfection must be non-negotiable. Additionally, it is imperative to educate and train your staff on proper food handling and storage practices, as mishandling bacon and other ingredients can have serious consequences for your valued patrons.
As a falued customer who has experienced the detrimental effects of negligence, I sincerely hope that my negative encounter serves as a wake-up call for Romans Pizza. Your reputation and customer trust are at stake. It is my earnest wish that you take immediate steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and strive towards delivering the quality experience that your...

Read moreI went to the Romans Pizza in Parkrand on the 1st of April to get a special. I nomally get one Tangy Russian, no onions, extra mushrooms and one half of the pizza should be bbq sauce as my husband do not eat chutney base and I love it. So far we have never had a problem with any Romans regarding this until this day. All of a sudden we are not allowed to split it in half like that (as I see it they were just lazy) and I was told I have to buy two of the same pizza's but with just the bases different. Why now all of a sudden if they never had a problem with it before!!! I am so upset with this. Romans will never...
