Worse Seattle I have ever been to the staff were so rude,

• tills not working lady using a calculator and overcharging the clients

• store was dirty

• no lids for the cups you have to ask for them.

• nothing to even stir your sugar when you ask you get told “Eish” and it’s so much effort for them to get it for you.

• when you complain you get told it’s fine I will take from the staff

• no ice machine working

• staff take forever to serve the clients as they having there own conversations...

Always amazing coffee!!! Chicken wraps, veg wraps, cookies, brownies, I rate their fresh tasty food so highly and the staff are always so friendly!

10/2021 Something has changed here, firstly getting food here is impossible after 11h30, always sold out, although God knows why???? limp, discoloured lettuce on my chicken wrap, not up to their usual standard, not fresh AT ALL. Terrible watered down coffee, was like mildly coffee flavoured water.....why Seattle???? I loved and supportedly you...

Bad quality compared to other branches. I am a true fan or Seattlecoffee wherever I am in SA but sadly this branch falls short. Cappuccino is very poor quality, Tastes like no milk but rather diluted coffee flavoured water. Same issue was experienced twice by...
