The staff here are absolutely lovely - they walked us through the different menu options, offered (excellent) recommendations for the less decisive members of our party, and helped us with special dietary requirements. We weren't entirely sure whether to eat here or at a different place at the start - some of our party don't regularly enjoy Asian food - but the staff were such helpful, genuine people that the decision was basically made for us. I don't like Simply Asia's food. However my wife has always enjoyed it so when Harvest Place opened she was excited to order from them. I must say, this is the first Simply Asia I will actually eat from. I found their food is exceptionally good in comparison to what I have eaten at other franchises. I especially enjoy the tom yum soup. They are the first restaurant in Johannesburg that I have eaten from who's Tom yum soup is almost perfectly the same as what I had in Thailand.
