Absolutely disgusting service I must say. We made an order and the lady Pumla at the desk was so rude. After ordering I asked my boyfriend to please get a straw for me and the lady at the desk became ugly towards him for asking for a straw. She refused to give us until he stood up for himself by saying this is bad service we are patrons and he asked for the manager. She literally refused to wake up from her seat to give us a straw. One Damm straw. I know how petty this all sounds and to even type this it's so terrible. How can a restaurant be so rude to paying customers. I understand why the place is always empty when we visit. If this is the level of service you encourage in your establishment instead of going up the road I rather drive to the mall and get the same food. I myself went to pick up the food when it was ready as my boyfriend was so upset by the whole interaction and she wasted 15mins telling me she was making a joke and she gave him the straw immediately. I don't believe that because if she gave the straw immediately I wouldn't of been waiting several minutes for him to return to me and for him to be so upset by one interaction. I myself worked in customer service and retail and managed a store. Customers are all different but at the end of the day when you work for a brand you need to calm a situation when things are heated not agrivate it. Word of mouth is important for all brands. In this instance she shouldn't try to casue unnecessary drama over a Damm straw. When she told me she was being funny I educated her by saying you don't know what another person is going through you shouldn't make anyones life harder than it might already be. That's the truth. If we can be kind all will be well . Especially when you are paid for your time at an establishment. I am honestly so offended she has so much attitude and caused so much unrest over a simple straw. If this is not a reflection of the establishment they should advise her and correct her right now on the matter before it gets out of hand which it will if left unchecked. The food is always wonderful but this branch has lost a regular family.

You get the standard, excellent quality meal when you order off the Thai food menu with a friendly smile. Unfortunately the sushi is quite the opposite: the salmon sashimi had thorns (bones) still in it and the California rolls are extremely small. Poor quality overall and overpriced. No delivery service offered and this branch is often not available on the Simply Asia app. Not my preferred branch of choice in the area.

I am absolutely appalled by the food we received from this place. I wanted to spoil my family after a tough few months and spent a lot of money to get a bowl consisting of 5 pieces of tofu drenched in water, dry noodles, the ginger was brown and off by the smell of it... we ordered rice which we did not receive either, there was supposed to be eggs in 2 of the other dishes which suprise suprise was not there.The fact that they call this a "restaurant" is a joke.

I have requested for a refund and have not receieve it. I had to go and buy other food for us to eat that night, which is more money spent and absolutely refuse to let this go. I work hard for my money and I will never recommend this...

I went to order my meal, the place was closed. I called the number and they took forever to answer. Mind you they were there by the restaurant. Only to be told it’s temporarily closed and I should go to the website for something. When I asked why they didn’t put a board to say they are closed, the lady said the website will deal with that not her. Please train your staff to handle us as customers better. I obviously didn’t get my food but the service added an extra unnecessary...
