I recently joined Virgin Active Gym Vodaworld and I thought I was joining a world class gym. Honestly you rather go to Planet Fitness. The bathroom conditions are so filthy. Some bathrooms don't even have toilet seats, the bins aren't emptied regularly and the showers are gross. There are always broken machines, not a single day has gone by without something not working. The worst part is that the AC is constantly broken and there are no windows. You literally dehydrate while working out because it's so hot. They will send a message on the day saying the AC is broken and we can use another gym in the area, but they don't let the other gyms know that we are coming so there's always an issue. Foul and Rude attitude from personal trainer

On the 5th of June at the Voda World Club, I had an encounter with a very rude and unprofessional personal trainer. This guy Motlhake Philimon is rude and very confrontational, to a point of insinuating to start a fight which I do not believe should be conduct in your gym. granted he wanted to use a bench I had put my water bottle next to, but there is no need to feel entitled in the gym and address people like you own the gym. I am extremely dissatisfied with the conditions at this gym. The facility suffers from significant pest control issues, specifically a persistent cockroach infestation. Additionally, I reported an incident of inappropriate behavior within the locker room (Members are subjected to intrusive staring from a staff member whose role is supposedly 'safety.), which was met with an unacceptable explanation from management.
