Ordered a quarter leg and chips with a bun and I received a chicken breast instead of a quarter leg. Called the store manager and I asked him how do we resolve this he said he will call me back. Been waiting since
An extensions to the google review I left earlier, since the manager didn't not call me back I called him again now at around 16:00 to ask him for a solution regarding my order. He apologised and said he will send the driver to send me a quater leg.
The drive comes a few minutes later and he demands that I give him the order that was dropped earlier at 13:00 before he can give me my quater leg. I told him that was not the agreement with the store manager and he insisted I called the store manager I told him I dont have airtime to waste he must leave cause now he had started shouting at me demanding I give him the previous delivery
i went back into the yard closed the gate and left him shouting there alone. He was hooting the scooter at the gate making a scene I tried to ignore Until he forced to open the gate and wanted me to now take the order because I told him to leave.
i felt threatened and unsafe, the nerver for him to want to open the gate and forcefully give me a chicken after i told him to leave since he was demanding the previous order back even thought that wasnt the agreement with the store manager.

Its really disgusting how retail employees treat the very black people who look like them. It’s like they have no concept of customer service when it comes to serving us. I waited so long for my order & when I raised my concern I was treated with so much disdain by the patron who was assisting me. Their service left such a bad taste in my mouth, it took away the craving I had for what I had ordered. Its so painful because all they can do is offer an apology, it won’t reverse my horrible experience. It’s my second time experiencing bad service in this branch. I don’t think steers holds good customer service at a high regard, because even when you complain on their social media platforms- you can tell by the tone in which they respond that they are unmoved by your complaint. I am from Steers right now and there is a tall dark guy wearing steers uniform without a name tag who is administering the number of people going into the shop and he is so rude. I had to stand in a line when there was absolutely no one placing an order at Steers, as I was in front I was told that there is only space for one person and since I was with my daughter I had to let the person behind me to go into the shop after everyone was done placing their orders I asked if I could go in but he told me that the number of people in the shop should not be more than 15 however all those people were in a line to debonairs and not Steers when I started to ask valid questions I was told that he won't be told what to do by me and that I'm full of nonsense he went as far as allowing everyone that was behind me to place their orders, I am so disappointed because even the staff tried to...
