We ordered the Sharington combo, selected Lemon & Herb, and Mild, each with no additional sauces or garnish apart from the BBQ sauce.
Upon receiving the order, both burgers were mild, and both had numerous sauces on it. The restaurant said the spicy prego sauce added is a package deal, however admitted to incorrectly adding mayo to the burgers.
The spicy prego sauce that isn't advertised anywhere and "cannot be excluded" as we were rudely informed, is something my partner cannot eat as she has tummy problems.
After the hostile nature of the restaurant upon following up with us phoning to report the issue, they did decide to replace one of the two incorrect burgers, in exchange for the incorrect one (please note that this is during covid).
The burger that arrived was filled with most of all garnish, enough to agrevate her H.Pylori infection had my partner eaten it. This seems like a deliberate and insulting attempt to display their disregard for making a mistake.
Regardless of receiving another incorrect replacement order, we would not have touched that food after the aggressive tone from the staff.

Read moreWe placed a order through Uber Eats. We specified on the order that we don't want ANY garnish! They delivered our food full of garnish. We phoned them to replace our food. They said they will and they are sorry they didn't read the comments.
We waited an hour. No delivery. When we phoned them, they couldn't recall who we were, after explaining 4 times Karabo said that she didn't had any contact details or an address where the food must be delivered. We asked her should she be the one to ask for that details the first time we phoned as we are under the impression that it should be on their system as they delivered the wrong food to the same address?
We asked to speak to the store manager, but apparently the manager are to busy to assist. They kept us on hold for 20 minutes without any solution. Still hadn't asked our address or contact number.
PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND I HOPE THE OWNER SEES...
Read moreI believe this restaurant is conducting fraudulent activity on Uber Eats orders. My experience has been that I place an order that involve the milkshake machine. Then the restaurant accepts the order and not even 2 minutes later someone calls from the restaurant telling you to cancel the order for the following 2 reasons: They cannot cancel it on their side (which is bs - they can) The milkshake machine is not working
Then if you do cancel, you get charged the full amount from Uber because the restaurant "has started making the food" - albeit in the 2 minutes since accepting the order which is ridiculous. Obviously the restaurant still gets their cut for "food already used".
I've ordered here many times before and the food was always nice but I won't further support this business with practices like this.
