The need to rewrite this review - Thank you very much to the Tawny Spur. One of the Managers called me to apologise and get to understand what happened. After elaborating I want invited to experience their food and service again without notification.

I was impressed and humbled by their excellent beyond expectation service delivery. The staff humbleness and obedience, constant feedback, and calmness atmosphere at The Tawny Creek Spur Steak Ranch in Nina Park. No Spur outlet can compete with them. The food is beyond expectation and they adhere to Covid19 protocol. I always visit Spur outlets, but Tawny Spur seems different to give different menu although its the same, their service makes everything to be different.

I recommend please try them. Taste their food, get to sit around calm waiters, waitresses and Managers while Chefs cook your delicious food to be served in clean utensils and environment.

How has Spur fallen so far, it feels like some mega corporation bought this place out and removed any trace of what gave this place the feeling of old Africa/America where buffalos were fought with spears. Now there is a sign that says Eish Eisbein... a typical advertisement that you can see anywhere.

No more leather beneath your plate with lore about how their fantasy realm, you instead get music blasted in your ears every 5 minutes because someone's child has their birthday. Don't worry the children also regularly hate the attention, and it's so awful to have to see that.

The food has gotten ridiculously expensive and portions much smaller. There is not a single good thing that I can mention about this place. The atmosphere is that of a cheap takeaway place but the prices are of the fanciest...

I'm giving you one star for everything I went in every thing was great but when the bill arrived you charged me for two kids packs when I told the waiter I have two vouchers so the waiter tells me the party pack is not included in the birthday voucher but yet every other spur is and the ice cream was so bad if I was paying which I did I would be so ashame which I was of that ice-cream for a birthday not even marshmallows and sweets with it and so she went to the manager and he takes one party pack off and I still have to pay for the other one I will not go back I would rather drive 1h to menlyn and spend money there they go all out even the ice cream there at menlyn is a clown not this what I got shame and the waiter tells me they did not tell them they give you a party box with...
