We went to the restaurant against our better judgment due to unacceptable past experiences. The waiters were friendly as always but unfortunately the food was atrocious as always. My Benedict was tasty but arrived ice cold whilst my friend's toasted sandwich was firstly not toasted and when we complained it was basically charcoal. Highlight though was the incredibly rude and disrespectful manager. When we complained she did not even put her phone down whilst speaking to us. At this point the “manager” siting and socialising at a table stood up after I requested his attention, I explained my frustration and his response was only a sorry “buddy”. This irked me even more as I am a paying customer and not the...
