Went to eat there... this place use to make realy great food but the last few times were not as good the one time the vegetables from a certian dish were not as good as always but i let it slide. The second time i have baught a chicken mayo sandwich with fries and everything were cold when served and the sandwich did not taste the same still let it slide , on the 25 th of october went to eat there again and the meal this time were not up to standards the pumpcan was cold and hard the spinage were not creamy as always . After the meal we set a complain with the waitress just to inform that the food are not as great as use to be. The waitress then spoke with the kitchen manager that sat close by and that was it the manager didnt come to us to apologise . Didnt say thank you for the feedback nothing . And we are regulars there atleast twice a week so i am not just a new person looking for defaults i am a regular that use to love the food and service. But due to poor attitude from the managers side and the food being not up to enjoyable standards for 3 times in a row THIS PLACE WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN AND I WERE A REGULAR COUSTOMER THAT...

This place is a vibe. I was there the first time, but I enjoyed the vibe. The waiters are so friendly and good. The vibe is awesome, and the energy in this place is put in this 🌎 world.

Dj was throwing 🔥 electrifying tracks all around. There was no time to sit down. Big up to the Dj.

The food is so amazing 👏 🤩. The prices are very good and very affordable. The portion of food is crazy 🤪 and 👌 great. I don't want to say the food is cheap and it isn't cheap but is the value for money. Kudos to the 👨‍🍳 chef or kitchen staff.

The venue itself is good spacious and well placed. The outside chairs 💺 and tables are for those who want to get fresh air and enjoy their piece and tranquility.

How can I forget the parking. The parking space is plenty, and the guys make sure that cars 🚗 👌 are safe. When they are already showing you where to park. There's no need to go around looking for parking. Keep up the good work, guys.

Overall, I gave this place 4 stars 🌟 for room of improvement. I believe this place can improve a thing or two but it's a good place. I recommend...

I am very satisfied with the last 2 visits with the waiters who served us. RC and Michelle were excellent 👌" on the ball" It's the first time in all the time that I visited The Willow Tree and received such wonderful and friendly waiters as RC and Michelle, and these were two different occasions Well done to the owner "Leon" as well With my last visit, a child got hurt, I couldn't believe the owner and the lady assisted the child, also working at this place (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name), but, the owner and this lady offered immediate support, I think the owner even phoned some Medical people to assist the parents of the child in a fast and efficient way, and the lady who assisted the child, even went so far, to, improvise a temporary sling for the injured child That's what I call amazing service There's not a lot of people left who would've done the same in that situation Once again, thank you to RC and Michelle.
