Visited here on the 26th December 2024, Service was shocking, as always. Prices are waay overpriced for what you get! R95 for a small plate of chips with cheese sauce is a disgrace.The portions on all the items on the menu have got smaller and the pricing has gone up.Wiesenhof clearly has the monopoly on the location at Lanseria Airport.The only thing keeping them going is the viewing deck while you wait for your plane to arrive.Wiesenhof also have the monopoly on all the hospitals restaurants around the country, their prices are ridiculously expensive because they know they the only ones.The food is not great, but acceptable just.Hope their service improves country wide.The very unhappy staff proves why the service is so bad.They not happy to be working at Wiesenhof.Seen this at the hospital restaurants too.

Being a #localguide, I enjoy telling fellow humans about good places. If #coffee is something you love, give these guys a try. #wiesenhof I was quite surprised how good their Americano is. I have not had a good Americano like that in a while. Service is really good and the staff are fast and friendly. The last time I was here the restaurant was closed, but that was the COVID lockdown happening. I am glad I came to look again. The view of the runway is right in front of you with no obstacles (2021) Thanks #wiesenhof 👍☕️ January 2022 #bliksem the cuppacino here is #lekker 😁

Time for a change of restaurant maybe! You guaranteed your business hence substandard food, bad service... No real glasses for your dishwasher breaks them so buy cheap nasty kiddie glasses that we have to drink our very expensive double vodkas out of!!! Please this is NOT the wimpy how dare you present us with a milkshake glass to drink vodka! WHAT A JOKE! This may seem like a small issue but we pay good money and expect minuim requirements!!! Again too often because you at the aiport you believe your business is guaranteed and no one gives a hoot!!!!!

Good day, I had lunch today an hour before my flight, waited close to 30 mins for my food in an empty restaurant, after the meal I asked for the bill from another waiter than the lady who served us. She never told our waitress we ordered the bill. When the bill was delivered nobody could find among 5 waiters a working payment machine. They ran around the restaurant looking for one, I spent another 10 minutes waiting for a machine to start up and produce a slip. Nobody in your shop takes accountability for customers and their needs. I am taking my business to KAUAI in future. The standard of your restaurant has significantly dropped in the past years. Food along...
