Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

This was the worst take away we ever had, we order out almost daily and we have been through a few restaurants and this wimpy's food was by far the worst, ice cold food, ice cold coffee, rubbery (don't even know what you name it) was it pap? So called mealie something that was tasteless the only edible thing was the eggs, loadshedding can't be the excuse and I know that if there is loadshedding you will be offline which were not. As for the checkers driver that delivered my order and half of the coffee was not in the cup and ice cold, wow. The restaurant is like across from me and even food ordered from Lynnwood was nice and warm but hell no, I will never eat there or refer...

Always enjoy the Wimpy here in Silverton. Today (6 May) we were served by Conny. Friendly, efficient and all round professional service. Thanks Conny. We look forward to be served by you again. The service was quick and we did not wait long or have any challenges at all. Was a good experience.

The service is good. The food is standard.

They don't have their own rest rooms. The rest rooms are at the opposite end of the Silverwater crossings shopping centre and they have had issues with vandalism, therefore it is a R2 pay-for-p-fee to get past the security gate. This feels wrong, but at least it keeps the vandals out. There is a play area which makes it inviting for children, but the restroom problem will he a counter balance. Not recommended for parents with children, but it doesn't seem to be the market they are...
