Yami Rib & Burger — Restaurant in Gauteng

Dear Yami Parkrand, today we decided to pop in for a quick cappucino. Small amount to spend at your establishment so I do understand that it's probably not worth the complaint to you. But never the less, we ordered 2 cappucino's and one creme soda by a very nice trainee waiter. The cappuccino's came with sour cream, so it wasn't too great and we couldnt finish it. We were super patient as we had a nice waiter. I asked for the bill and explained to him that the reason why we never finished our cappucino's is the semi sour cream ( quite smelly) He said he will inform the kitchen, so he brought the machine and I paid the full amount for two cappucino's we only had two sips from. I still didn't complain and even gave the waiter a small R7 tip. Well I never expexted to get a refund but I did expect just a "sorry about that", no apology nothing and looking up to the other waiters I saw them take the slip to scrutinise it between them to see if I paid the bill in full and then bursting out in laughter. I felt quite humiliated ,so dissapointmented . The worst of it all is we decided to give Yami Parkrand a second chance as we stopped coming end of last year due to a terrible experience regarding hygiene and food quality. Not even a sorry, but I had to pay the bill R72.00 ..wow, really...

Just went to Yami for a coffee while waiting for take away order of 3 toasted sandwiches. Sat outside seating area - there were a few people inside that were eating, so place was not busy. Did not get name of waitress. We waited for what felt like hours - twice having gone to desk to ask why it was taking so long to make toasted sandwiches! Eventually the sandwiches came out - another waiter brought it - we paid and left. Only when home did we see the order was not correct - instead of a toasted chicken mayo and tomato, was given same but with cheese (person ordered for does not eat cheese). A disappointment - as not only was order not done correctly - but the cheese was very sparse and egg tough and hard. Not enjoyable visually or tasteful at all. Tried to phone in to speak to manager - however voice note said to hold on - but no-one answered! Definitely not a recommended place in terms of slow service, attention to detail and quality of sandwich. Very disappointing to now read previous reviews of complaints - there are still issues that management must address it seems as why are there ongoing complaints! Management - do not send me your standard reply please, to contact you, as this has had no effect - concentration to be placed on improvement of...

OMG...OMW...AAGNEE MAAN...FOK!!! This is excellence all around. Price...about 25%Cheaper than the one you usually go to inside your fav mall. Meals: Generous enough for my dog to always thanks the might Hound Lordy lord of ribs DAMN!

Beer...BEER, so much beer and yes 1Litre Brought coming soon am sure, i prey.

Ambience: Between my lovely gal and more than generous portions of ribs (THEY HUGE) i barely had time to notice much else.

i plan to return and i wanna bring my niece, she is a skater and lover of fine food.

Thanks once more for great afternoon, hopefully next time i have time to take some picture and videos maybe.

PS. The cappuccino was "on point" to quite the madam. Mina i saw a dogs face coffee artwork (Mind blown lol)/hope its not stencil lol.
