What a superb dining experience! The menu is limited which I love because what is offered is carefully selected and prepared with love AND it’s a menu that changes. Good lighting and decor creates a warm and sophisticated space… Our table had curried mussels and goulash soup to start - both beautifully presented and tasty! Oh and the freshly baked bread…winner! Mains were the fillet, chicken supreme and pork belly - all were fantastic - the fillet was perfectly cooked and the pork belly got the ‘best I have ever been served’ rating. Wrapped things up with an Affogato and Burnt Lemon Tart which was absolutely delicious. If you are a wine lover, you’ll be intrigued by a very fresh and unique selection. Zest is not just another place that serves food - they love food and it shows on the plate! It was my first time and I will definitely be back…

Pretty good bistro cuisine and good service. Lovely venue and upmarket. Good value for money on the lunch specials. Would have liked a better sauce other than this 1000 island mayo.. on the schnitzel. The burger was good although the Flatbread was not in my view ideal: would be better on a toasted bun! Still.. the food was good. And I will go back to try the steak and wine list. Good spot.

Went to Zest on a Saturday night, a perfect fine dinning experience. The food is out-of-this world. With their dynamic menu you never know what fresh and delicious ideas they have for the night. The service is very good, my wine was poured for me each time, food was prepared fast. Would recommend for datenight with your loved one.

When looking at the visit to this restaurant in total...we can't give a ranking of more than 3 stars. Actually we would like to rank it lower because of the experience and the service. We were greeted and seated by a very friendly lady....but then our waiter took over and ruined the experience and the rest of the evening. We have to admit that the food was very good and well presented....except for some piece of meat in the Duck Duo which was SO chewy and tuff one could not even slice it properly with a steak knife. Now back to the experience... the waiter was not friendly at all. He didn't even introduce himself. We haven't even been seated for 10 to 15 minutes and our pre-meal drinks just arrived, when our waiter stood at the table and said we must place our entire order immediately as they want to be able to handle the 'rush'. We said that we can place the starters so long, but he insisted the entire order must be placed. Everyone grabbed their menus and while he stood there we all hastily placed our order. The menu says that all meals are served with vegetables...one of the guests at our table does not eat brocoli or cauliflower and we asked if we can please not have that on the ONE guest's plate incase that will be served as one of the vegetables. The waiter said he does not know what will be served and it can't be changed. We asked if he could please find out. He reluctantly walked away and came back and said...'Fine...they will just give the guest butternut and pepper then. We said that will be fine. When they food arrived....ALL the guests at our table got the butternut and peppers....however one of the other guests then also didn't get brocoli and cauliflower although it was served as one of the vegetables. We never had the waiter at our table again for the entire evening while having our meal....not even topping up our wines or asking us if we would like to order more drinks or anything...he only came to our table again when he brought us the bill. Now...we are just putting facts here and unfortunately it is a fact that when you dine at a restaurant of this standard, one expect the waiter to be up to standard as well and not be the one that can ruin an potentially...

When I opened the menu and there were no vegetarian options - not even a paltry salad - my expectations immediately plummeted into the cellar. While I didn't particularly enjoy designing my own meal from the various veggie accompaniments available, the resulting meal was surprisingly good (as was the lemon tart for dessert). Service was friendly and efficient, so all in all a good experience but could have...
