De Dekke Restaurant in Grootbrak is a big sports bar and entertainment venue. They have 4 main sections 1) non-smoking inside 2) smoking section – semi-open on the side overlooking a pond 3) A pool table section and 4) A large entertainment hall which can be closed off separately and the venue can still function without seeing the entertainment (De Dekke mainly supports Afrikaans music which you pay for if you want to enter this big hall). The venue has many large TV”s plus a projector for a large screen. The Service I found fair to good, but I must admit I arrived on a packed day when the springboks were playing. I would assume under normal conditions the service would be good. A fully stocked bar and many specials are often like 2 x Brandy double and coke for R50. A fantastic sports bar with typical pub food (menu in photos). If you are looking for a romantic candlelight dinner this is not the place. Not child friendly.
