Burger King Arbour Road Amanzimtoti (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Always enjoy getting take aways from burger king, definitely my favourite take away place. I love the vegan burgers the Plant based whopper is my ultimate favourite it tastes exactly like beef burger ❤️ I like the Vegan Royal burger too it tastes just like chicken but the whopper is my ultimate favourite. My last experience wasn't the best experience as I ordered the vegan burger like I normally do and ended up getting the royal with I wasn't familiar with. I went to the manager and said that I didn't not get what I ordered and he said "you did that is the vegan royal" and he turned around and carried on working. I thought that was rude and left and asked my friend to check if it is vegan or chicken he confirmed that it is vegan and I started eating. After we finished our burgers he came and asked me if I have realized my mistake. I told him that I googled and saw that they took off the plant based whopper of the menu, but I wasn't aware of it. He said yeah the patties are coming from the UK and it's not available at the moment I can just phone and find out next time before we come and see if it is available again. I appreciated the manager coming and explaining afterwards but I did not appreciate him making me look stupid in front of all the other customers, there is a way to talk to your customers. But regardless I will go back...

I just want to start off by explaining the dissatisfaction I received yesterday at the Amanzintoti, Arbour Cossing, Burger King. My family and I ordered a meal yesterday, one of the meals was a Fierce Crispy Chicken meal, we substituted the fries for Nacho Cheese Fries, with extra cheese sauce, as we paid for the extra. Upon arrival of our meal, we were very disappointed at how little cheese sauce was in the fries. We took it back to the counter and showed them. They said that this is fries with the extra sauce. However it did not look like it. I've eaten it at other branches and i know that it was not suppose to look so disappointing. I decided to let it be. While eating my burger, after 4 good bites, I was only eating bread and lettuce. When I opened the burger, to my greater disappointment, I found a tiny fillet which was the size of a nugget. I instantly took it back to the counter, explained my disappointment. The lady who I believe is the manager, just took the burger, made the staff make me a new burger. She unfortunately didn't even talk to me, nor did she even apologize. That kind of attitude towards a customer was pathetic. I just want to say that I am totally unhappy with the customer service. Sadly, Burger King Amanzimtoti has totally dropped their standards and not keeping up to improving...

Went to the drive through like almost an hour ago and was told to wait in the parking for our order , so we waited, cars that came after were getting their food before us and so I decided to go in to find out what was happening, on my way in , the waitress was passing me and I greeted her and she ignored me so I touched her shoulder to get her attention and she still ignored me and I asked her was that the order with the nuggets , she said yes and carried on ignoring me , and I was trying to show her the car , she still ignored me and went to the wrong car , I was like no this needs attention, so I went in and asked for the manager, the manager is very friendly, he apologized, and he handled the situation very well but that waitress named Ntombi , heck no , she is very rude , she denied being rude , her job is a service , I couldn't even enjoy my food because of how upset she made me feel , she gets paid to provide a good service , but again the manager and other staff is amazing but this Ntombi , and like worse when people are hungry you must be rude to them , and now making them hangry like...
