This branch should close they are a total rip off and continuously defraud their clients with providing absolutely poor quality dough ....yes i wont even call it a pizza . Debionairs South Africa needs to look into the reviews from this branch as its constantly the same complaints of clients being robbed of their money by being supplied dry dough with minimal toppings this is not a franchise standard as i eat weekly from NPN shell garage and escomb branch with no issues or complaints debonairs sarnia has been doing this to client for years and tarnishing he brands name and reputation .

I placed a online order off the normal menu and not special as the last time i order a on the double and toppings where less it as stated that on specials and promotions restricted toppings are used well whats the excuse today on top of my order taking an hour to arrive it was majority dry dough my pizza is meant to have tomatoe base with cream cheese , cheddar cheese ,mozzarella cheese , mushrooms and sweet ball peppers yet this is what they look like, dry dough with mushrooms and pepper where in he world is the 3 types of cheeses or tomatoe sauce on the base it was so dry and disgusting...

I had placed an order online for collection. When I got there, after waiting in line for collection, she tells me my order is not on the slips that were printed in front her. So I indicated that I used the app, paid online and the order was confirmed. She then says maybe it's the call center's fault. To that I asked what is the next step to rectify this, she tells me to order again with no interest to verify if indeed they did or did not receive the order. She then asked someone at the back to assist to which they found the order and I had to wait again for them to prepare it. They brought cocktail sausages instead of wings because they were finished. I asked for my refund for the wings. My issue is the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the cashier when she couldn't find the order. Terrible experience. Firstlythe order on the app said it has been delivered when I haven't received it. I had to call them. Secondly, some item in my order was short and still I had to call them. Like why not check the whole order before taking it out for delivery!??. Thirdly, when they were sending the item that was forgotten I was asked to move from where I was and asked to go meet up with the driver somewhere but I refused because it wasn't my fault they left the item out.
