Ordered online, delivery in Westham. Store accepted the order. Store did not deliver my order. Staff are ill-mannered and unqualified. Staff informed that driver left with order. Staff then informed that the driver got lost and his phone was dead. Staff then informed that they do not deliver in the Westham area. I was then informed, by a shouting manager in the back ground stating il recieve my order the next day..

Food takes around 2 hours to come. The call centre workers are not qualified and never seem to have any solutions. Terrible phone etiquette and customer service , I’ve had 3 bad orders with this store and there always seems to be a problem. Managers don’t know what’s going on regarding their drivers and orders placed online. Will not recommend to anyone! Food arrives cold and 2 hours late ! Will never order from here...
