I’m really disappointed with the service and food quality. Last week, I bought a bucket of 24 Zinger wings and they were so dry, tasted old and the bones weren’t even juicy. I gave the store another chance today, but the food was just as bad.

The Twister I got had almost no filling or sauce and the Dunked Wings tasted off and dry bones, like they weren’t fresh at all. On top of that, the staff are very unfriendly and don’t seem to care about customers or the food they serve.

I had a very bad experience at shop, I bought hot wings which had no taste and hard. I called the store manager to inform her about this, I didn't eat everything as it was too bad when I took the hot wings back to the store as per her request I was told next time I must not eat the product if its not right .I am not sure how I would have tested them without eating.
