Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Ordered our pizza on the website at 19:05pm and only got it at 20:30pm - almost a 1.5 hour long wait. We ordered 2 Veg tikka pizzas and 2 portions of cheese potatoes pops. We called the branch to find out what was wrong, their customer etiquette and communication skills were poor and they didn't even know where the order was yet assured me saying that "it will be with you shortly". After waiting, I called yet again, the person I spoke to was supposed to call the driver and call me back with an update but never did. 10 minutes later the pizzas arrived and were ice cold. The pizzas tasted sour and worst of all the mushrooms tasted terrible, smelled rotten and even looked rotten. We decided to give this branch a try for the first time but clearly we regret it because of how awful the meal was. We could barely eat even a slice and even after forcing the slice of pizza down, we have severe stomach cramps. Definitely will not recommend anyone to buy from them and will never buy...

Placed order via their app for delivery from your reservoir hills branch at 10h48. 12h41 there is no delivery. Their app is a joke. Order cannot be tracked. Their phone system and chat option is absolutely ridiculous. This reservoir hills branch needs to be closed and franchise taken away from the owner. This type of service is what gives the entire brand a bad name. I will be taking this up further for a refund and will never support debonairs again. #debonairsreservoirhills...

Not even worth a one star rating. Placed an order almost 55min ago was told food will be ready in 15min I come almost an hour later to collect and they have still not prepared my pizza's I am late for a funeral.
