I ordered directly from the KFC app and the driver cancelled my order with 10 minutes remaining for the restaurant to close. I had to phone the branch to only later find out that the branch doesn't even have a landline. I requested an uber to go collect the order, I made it on time but I still didn't get my order I asked what happened and this is the response I get from the supervisor of the restaurant " Its not our fault, the driver took your order and cancelled the order and the store cannot afford to do another order for you". Now bear in mind that I have already paid for the order online and yet again I tipped the driver another inconvenience for me is requesting an Uber and wasting money. The supervisor still has the courage to tell me that I can't blame KFC but the uber driver who was suppose to deliver my order, with that being said I told her I didn't order from Uber eats but I ordered directly from the KFC app and does not have details of the driver whatsoever, what nonsense is that? Respectively I know that the driver was dishonest because he didn't return the order after I had arrived at KFC and that is a serious misconduct and I want disciplinary action taken against him. As for KFC Francois Road I blame the branch for not enough effectiveness of the situation and they do not have enough equipment for communication of that lacks transparency between us as customers and the branch. After waiting 10 mins they finally present me with an ice cream in a cone?? What's this?
