Steers Glenwood — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

On arrival I asked the lady behind the counter how long my food would take, she laughed and said 5 mins...started placing the order, there were no pita breads so I had to order something else. Placed my order and after waiting 20 mins with my 3 year old son who has been violently ill, I asked what was taking so long and she said sorry problem with the gas( had I been told earlier I would have canceled ) its almost ready. I waited another 15mins before the food was ready. There were 5 staff members most of which doing nothing. There was one other customers when I walked in. For a fast food franchise this is unacceptable. Not worth waiting your time...

Ordered a wacky Wednesday, when I went to collect my order the stuff said they sold my order. I asked them why, the respond was because I didn't answer my their calls when they called me. I showed one of the team members my recent calls and that I never received their call. The other stuff were laughing at the back... I'm so disappointed with y'all guys what's disappointing me is that I always give your stuff lift when they coming to work. I saw one of your team members badge...

I made an order for R120 at steers Glenmore and it took so long for my food to arrive its been more than 2 hours even now the driver Is heading my way😡😡the service is disappointing because this is the second time I order and they don't deliver when I order using my card yet they deliver whenever i use CASH...the driver has been stuck in one place for more than two hours😡😡😡worse I never get a refund for my orders when they don't deliver😡😡😡😡the service...
