KFC Southway Mall — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

We ordered a delivery through the app, unfortunately we never got it. After an hour I tried phoning KFC Southway Mall, but no one answered the phones. After 10 attempts, I decided to phone the delivery driver though the app. He denied being a driver driver. I then phoned customer care, they told me that was the correct number and he was 2 minutes away. After another half hour it still hadn't arrived and I phoned customer care again they said that he was picking up the order. After 10 minutes I received a message saying the order had been picked up and almost immediately another message saying it had been delivered. After 5 minutes I phoned the customer care again, after they contacted the driver he told them he had clicked delivery completed by accident and that he was on his way. After another half hour I still hadn't received the order so I phoned customer care again, where After 10 minutes on the line I was told that the delivery company was unable to get hold of the driver and he suspects that the driver was using a cloned account and he recommended that I do a reversal and get a refund and if I wanted I could place another order with kfc and I would get a different driver. Apparently the refund will take up to 7 days. I did decide to redo the order, but thus time I would pick it up, the app refused to do the order because the kfc was about to close in 10 minutes. Flase Advertising. The Crunch Meal is TINY. The burgers size can fit in the palm of my hand. Mind that the advertisement for the crunch meal took up a whole large screen as if its a big deal. A Meal is supposed to be more than a handful? The Wrapsta Box Meal is a huge disappointment and the presentation was sloppy. It wasn't even folded properly. They forgot the salad too?

Horrible packaging? The tiny burgers were just thrown in and loosely packed.

Horrible customer service, You pay alot to get few. Never going there again unless they actually up the size of the food and improve their packaging. Compared to other restaurants in the area this one was scertainly disappointing.

I ordered a zinger meal. I didn't know there was a choice of sauce between colonel sauce and spicy sauce. The lady didn't ask. If I was given the choice I would've chosen the colonel sauce. When I got home it was that spicy mustard looking sauce which I didn't like at all and it was covered in it. I tried to get some of the sauce of the chicken patty as much as I could and ditched the rest. Fortunately I had the chips aswell. The chicken was dry like it was cooked way too long. The lady was not friendly at all and very abrupt like I was disturbing her. I suggest u teach ur staff if they working at the front be friendly and polite.
