15/07/2025 Got a call from Regional manager, happy that they are going to improve their security at the drive thru.

Not adhering to standard security protocols by allowing pedestrians to walk thru the drive thru facility, putting other customers in their vehicle at risk of possible hijacking or robbery. Manager on duty, knew well that this practice is not allowed but still allowed it to happen, all he could say was I'm sorry. Staff still learning it seems, struggle to take customer orders and not checking order when bagging leading to missed items. Glad there is a store here now, but the team has a long way to go before they operate...

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was downright rude — staff had no manners and seemed irritated to even assist.
