Went to the store and there was no one at the till. Many saw us and kept walking around. After a while a lady came to the till to help my fiancé, I proceeded to the self help machine to save time. Used points to purchase and item and the machine did not provide a receipt but only an on screen pop up. Needless to say the points went out for the item I selected to buy with the points. I went to the til and waited for my order, after 10 minutes told the lady at the till that I'm waiting for this item and this is the order number that showed on the screen. Also showed her the points used on my app and the item selected. She laughed and said nothing showed on her side. I asked what happens now can't I get the item here's the points showing that it went out at this machine just now. She says the reward would come back and about my points I should ask the marketing team. What on earth is the marketing team going to tell me in the store when she's standing right there and supposed to be assisting? She continues laughing then said she doesn't know anything about the machines speak to marketing.

I always have a problem when I order the Spanish ice coffee which they always get it wrong and when I complain they say that’s how it comes but when I ask them to redo it they get it right and this time around they refused to fix it, please train them because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing and they let me speak to this lady called Mfundo who they said was a manager who was very rude, condescending and had an attitude and dropped the call on me, I really don’t understand how you can make a person who has no people skills to be a manager that deals with customers Mfundo is creating a very bad image for your store she needs more training and an major attitude adjustment. I also spoke to Thami who was also rude as her manager they really need to get rid of this bad attitude they have towards other women, my question is how are the other McDonald’s getting the Spanish ice coffee right but these people from Montclair McDonald always get it wrong with their stinking disgusting...

I fully support McDonalds and their culture but this was just horrible. They gathered around tables making noise. It was just uncomfortable. It doesn’t look good on McDonalds. The lady that helped me was friendly however you can never ever say to a customer when they need your assistance that “you’ve got a lot on your plate right now” what you’re telling me is that I’m bothering for coming to you for my order.
