Roman's Pizza Bluff — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Roman's Bluff Pizza is good quality for money.

Unfortunately they don't offer delivery service which is massively annoying so I tend to go with many of the other food outlets around Roman's Pizza. Like Barcelos for example. Also halaal so that's cool. Also Quinton the manager at Roman's Pizza Bluff was once rude to me and I think that rude temperament spills over into his staff as well.

Anyway the food is tasty and good quality so...

Collecting my order from the front desk at 16h40 or so a male Roman pizza worker was unprofessional and highly disrespectful even though trying to ignore him, I just kept agreeing to his comments as he would not give my order. I was highly disappointed today being a Franchisee with a huge brand and don't think that keeping such employees will assist with increasing your turn over and overall service. Iam disgusted to...

There's something terrible wrong in Bluff Roman's. For a number of times now one has to wait 20 minutes just to order if we at the mall due to the line of people queueing to buy and there's only 1 cashier who also have to attend telephone orders. Our order took more than 32 minutes to get to us. How can a shop be attended by 1 cashier when it pay day time and we all have to be waiting for such a long time....
