Roman's Pizza Westville — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Not happy with the service at all. Ordered 2 specials this evening. I parked right in front of the store. Placed my order and was told 15 min. I got in my car to wait and the cashier saw me get in the car. I saw her put 4 boxes on the shelf and walk away. I thought it may be someone's else's order. Every time I have ordered the special the pizzas were put in long boxes that fits 2 pizzas, hence when I saw 4 boxes I thought it was not my order. After another 15 min they put 2 more boxes on the shelf. I went to the counter as I thought that may be my order, only for the lady to give me the 4 boxes. The pizzas were almost cold. I told her that I'm parked right in front and the lady saw me get into the car. So why not gesture to me that my order was ready? "Oh sorry" was all I got. The pizzas were the worst Roman's we have ever had. We ordered thin base and the toppings were thinner than the base. Really...

Worse service ever.I called at 6:20pm , placed my order scheduled for 7pm.Went to collect my 2 large pizzas, i was told they were not ready and there's some problem with their ovens,meanwhile everyone else is collecting their orders. So i gave them more time and went shopping and came back after 15 minutes only to be told,the lady that took down my order, scheduled 7pm for 8pm.Already being exhausted from a long days work, i had to sit there and watch everyone else walking away with their pizzas, people that placed orders after me.i requested to speak to the manager,who never showed her face. I called to place an order for more than an hour and no one answered my call. I drove to the store, went inside and spoke to Mbali. It was quiet and I asked her why their phones are not being answered. Did she not realize that they are not receiving orders telephonically. She said that she had not received calls since the morning. I found it weird and felt like the lines were intentionally placed off the hook. I got back into my car whilst I waited for my pizza. I called back from my car, Mbali answered I asked her about the phone line not being answered, this time she did not know it was actually me calling to complain and she said that the lines were working all day.
