Dear Vida e Caffè Team

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. While I truly enjoy your coffee – it's consistently excellent – I was very disappointed by the service and overall cleanliness at the store today.

There were visible crumbs on the floor and the coffee counter had not been wiped down. Staff were standing around and on their phones rather than attending to these basic cleanliness standards. I understand that the manager, Vuyo, was on leave today, but that should not excuse the lack of professionalism from the team on duty.

Cleanliness is especially important in a food service environment, and unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to order food from this location again unless improvements are made.

Located in the Watercrest Mall, this is really good spot for having breakfast with friends and catching up on some reading and writing, doing some work on your laptop while you enjoy your coffee and quick bite in a serene environment. The coffee here tastes great and I always enjoy it with the cocoa mini slab that comes with it. It was our first time at Vida E, and we were blown away! The staff was extremely friendly, our order was processed quickly, and the drinks were absolutely delicious.

The excellent vegan alternatives, variety of plant milks (with soy milk available as a free alternative), commitment to sustainability, including the use of paper cups and lids, and discount for customers who bring their own reusable coffee mugs, were what most impressed us the most.
