Absolutely terribly service provided by the manager no less. Shocking how she speaks/ shouts at customers, no respect either.
My fiance and I went there on Thursday night to get quick and easy food instead of cooking. It was not easy, when we came around to the payment counter is where the problem started.we paid for our meal and waited for 5mins before the cashier told us that even though it says approved on her machine they have been having a problem and we need to swipe again should it go off twice they will refund me, so we did. But the second time wasn't enough for them she then asked me to pay a third time which I then asked to speak to her manager to understand what's going on. When the manager came she started shouting at me for not having my phone with me now she can't prove it went off (Mind you we had just come out of load shedding my phone was dead) I asked her if her drive through machine is not working and you said you will refund me then let me come in and swipe as there was still 20mins before closing she then proceeded to shout at me and say oh no my bru I will never let you come in why Don't you go get cash, so I asked her what if I'm not back in time. At which point she then said shame I will close when it's closing time and not wait for you. We decided to go to another Burger King instead. The next day I came back with my phone and my banking app open so I can get my refund which was promised, she then told me I need to get a bank statement to submit it to her so she can do her cash up. I can't just make up my own things. Now I need to go there a third time and Lord knows what she will say this time.

Read moreThis evening I had the WORST experience at your store..When I arrived one of your staff members(Thembi) was having an altication with a customer. I ordered a meal for my autistic son and I and also a cuppacake which he really wanted and we order it without icecream. Our order then came with the icecream on the cuppacake. I didn't make a fuss and went to sit down ,my son then asked for the icecream to be removed. I then went to the front counter to ask for a cup,one of the staff members then asked Thembi who was at the drive thru window in another language about the cup,Thembi walked in my direction,turned her back and proceeded to take an order from another customer,when her colleague asked her to attend to me Thembi then screamed at her in their language. When I said "excuse me" for the 1000th time ,Thembi then barked at me that I should be paying for the cup.I then asked to see the manager, Mildred who was even worse than Thembi ,scratching her head and not even making eye contact with me.The issue is still unresolved... on top of that the store...
