We were looking for a place for dinner last night. We went to Belize based on Google reviews which were mostly great. After our experience I don't understand the good reviews. Our food was awful! My son ordered spatchcock chicken which as far as we understand must include crispy skin and any sauce should be served on the side to maintain the crispness. Someone splattered some weird roux all over the chicken. Not sure what it was. It looked like curdled cheese sauce mixed with flour. Lovely weather for a patio breakfast, overlooking the 'getting there clean'...
