Burger King Brits (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

The food is not that great… it is a bit too salty. The vegan royale is great though, much better than the non-veg options The customer service is absolutely awful The lady that served us today was not focused on taking our order, gave us the wrong change and messed up our order number making us wait more as we thought it was not our order. She was extremely rude and this is not the first time this has happened. The one time ,they served us cheese chips with bacon bits included when we specified three times we want only cheese and jalapeños , no non-veg as my parents cannot eat meat due to religious reasons.

I hope they improve their customer service if they want...

O stars!! The glass doors on the outside made it confusing as to where the entrance is. Then, when you enter the building, the inside has a disgusting smell! , and the front of the shop is disgusting dirty. Then the lady that took our order looked disgusted to assist us. Like we were bothering her. A customer asked someone to clear their table before they sat down to eat... so the lady that was assisting us was also the cleaner? The toilet is out of order. I was so disgusted by this place, and this is the only Burger King in our area. Something needs to be done here! I won't be going...

Absolutely poor service. Went in the drive through Was asked to park in the waiting area for 4 minutes. Waited 15 minutes and went in to ask where my food is and nobody could tell me. I then asked see the manager, they didnt even start my meal preperation. After another 10min recieved an incomplete order. After another 5min received another incomplete order. Waited again 5 minutes. Conclusion allow 35 minutes if they ask you to park in the waiting area. Absolutely poor...
