Galaxy GRILL-Brits Mall — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

Was little disappointed on Wednesday afternoon the 20th of Nov. We order Burger and T-Bone after 20 min the lady come back and said they have no stock. On this Wednesday about at 7, my husband went to order 2 Burgers. He came back with 2 Burgers. When they gave it to my husband tgey said, after he already paid, sorry Sir we only have one Bun. He got the patty, tamato, union, salad all separate in the take away box.

There is one Golden line over the bad service. The Hamburger was magnificent. 10/10.

But on today again dissapointed, this morning we want to order Burgers they said sorry Sir we are busy redoing the restuarant no orders. This on the end of the month. Not good at all...

Terrible service Ordered a toasted sandwich, swiped for it the card machine threw a network error so the waiter said we can come back in 20min to collect and swipe for out food. Did that and the transaction went through. The next day i saw it had deducted 2 times printed my bank statement and gave it to them just for them to say they'll get back to me, it's now a month later and they still say no they gave it through to their financial department but nothing ever comes from it, I'm sick of this I WANT MY REFUND AS...

Shocking service, and poor management. They had a special on rump steaks so our party of 6 ordered steaks. We waited for 20 minutes only to be told that they are out of steaks!! I will not be surprised if this place is going to close down soon. The waiters don't welcome guests when they enter their premises and the floor manager does not care if the staff talk loudly to each other. Avoid at all cost - you will waste your money - rather go to John Dory's or another restaurant...
