Harties Braai House — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

Remembered the location as previously being something else on a past trip to Harties and decided to stop there. Despite a distinct upgrade and rebuild from my past memory, the place was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon very late in the year.

Entering anyways for adventures sake, there was music playing and a bartender present at least. We ordered some non alcoholic drinks from the rather limited list and sat drinking them while the bartender loudly watched something on their phone.

I ultimately decided to just leave with my drink instead of even...

Not worth the visit. We were literally the only ones at the bar and were made to feel most unwelcome by the bar tender who seemed much more interested in listening to his phone loudly than paying any attention to patrons. We ended up leaving with our drink cans instead of sitting there...

The music is out of this world! The play old classics... Suitable for the the matured few... The atmosphere is tranquil.. The serve the best braaied meat in town. The braaied fish is divine... I'd definitely visit this place over and over again! I had a great time...
