KFC Hartbeespoort (Sediba) — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

This experience review was not the only experience I had yet this time I needed to write this as a constructive criticism. *This is not today's experience

The service was not the greatest from there moment I walked in workers that had hair covers on were seated trying to force(lack of a better word ) customers to use their phones to write a review using customer receipt(scanning QR codes ) . My phone luckily did not respond I threw my slip away thinking I received my chicken and chips in a decent quality . Yet the food was not warm enough chicken and chips were dry . That I should have reported and checked in before leaving but my uber was already on its way literally by the gate and the workers kept on trying to scan qr code in order to fake a statement using my slip so I was really distracted. To even check my food properly. Anyway they were only doing that to black customers and not white customers . Although I found it very questionable , I wanted to help thinking they also wanted to change and improve reviews and their manner of performance . I discovered this kfc has alot to improve not just customer service , hygiene and food production. Starting with the employees , firing and rehiring and the manager must also be retrained or evaluated and monitored .

The issue are the people in the business and their performance and efforts Otherwise the issues are workable in order to get a 5star instead of a 3.7 . I hope to hear feedback from the owner or the media manager . And if there isn't one I am happy to help improve this business as it is there only KFC in hartees that has business and...

I ordered a meal from KFC via Mr Delivery for collection. When I arrived at the KFC I went to the inner collection point and waited there. There was no staff at the till and one of the female staff came from behind and asked me to use my phone so she could rate her service to me, mind you she hadn't given me any service. I said to her provide me with the service first and then I'll rate you. She said "no her shift is over but someone from the back will help me."

Another guy came from the back who wasn't wearing any KFC uniform and when i asked him for help, he said that he couldn't help me but my sunglasses that I was wearing were very nice and that I should give them to him, he then walked away - very arrogantly so.

Another lady came from the back and asked me what I was waiting for, I then said that I was waiting to be served and to collect my order. She then proceeded to tell me why I was just standing there quietly and not asking for help. This shocked me, I told her well that's why I asked you to help me.

She was so rude and angry, she asked me what my order was and she rudely told me to go outside to the Mr D pick up point where she basically threw my order at me. Disgusting service is not...

Hi i just bought kfc here and its the worst kfc i ever had ,it was so dry and rubbery the chips was dry ,the only thing that was fresh is the mash ,i spend 210 rand thats nothing ,but will rather buy pap and wors from spar for a fast meal ,i think you guys gave me kfc that was there since the morning

My wife just finish her order on that screen then the food was ready

How can you give food like this to a client

1 barrel kfc 9 peace dry and like rubber 1 large chips dry and old 1 mash and cravy that was oky

Sorry for this but they knew it was old And still served it to us Im not close to ifafi,when i got home and wanted to feed my family i saw this and it was a waste of money and time

I need this sorted out please If i dont get feedback i will make sure that everyone knows about this

Its so dry not even a drop of oil or souce from the chiken even after...
