I had the pleasure of being served by Faith during my recent visit to Chamelion Village in Hartbeespoort, and I must say—she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, her warm smile, professionalism, and attentive service made our dining experience truly memorable.

Faith was patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her guests really stood out.

They add a 10% tip (service charge) to the bill even for a table of 2 people. I understand this for tables of 10 or more people. I don’t feel we received the desired service from our waitress and she does not deserve a 10% tip - once I had to get up and fetch more ice from the bar myself. In addition to this the crockery was badly chipped and the pepper grinder was broken which caused more pepper than desired...

Food was very average, the chicken schnitzel with avo and bacon was extremely over cooked making the chicken extremely tough, also the portion was very small and very over priced. Also the kids playground is a hazard, as my child was playing he fell through one of the wooden planks so DONT let your children play by the wooden jungle gym.
