KFC Maitland — Restaurant in Maitland

Good day, I visited KFC in Maitland. It was my worst experience of my entire life. I started off by ordering a dunked crunch master, I couldn't get to the name of the meal. So I proceeded to ask the manager for the "wrap meal", I explained to him it's like a twister but smaller. They told me the name of the meal, a "dunked crunch master". When I got home I got something COMPLETELY different from my order. It was a small crunch burger, 2 wings and chips. I drove all the way back only to be verbally attacked by the store manager. He started shouting at me. Wanting the receipt. He made me wait 20 minutes in the parking lot and still he came with no action. I provided the meal and the receipt and he still didn't want to take it. After everything he told me that he was "playing around". "Playing around" as if I didn't have things to do and petrol that he made me waste because of his mistake. He also gave threats to me, which I have on video. If no further action is taken against this manager, I will be taking it to social media. I left KFC Maitland with NO meal. What was supposed to be a quick supper, turned into 2 hours of hell. I visited the maitland branch earlier this evening and was very disturbed by the presence of some youngsters who was smoking dagga at the entrance. They started using the public toilets and came to check tgr place out. They surely had a motive on them, as I walked out they blocked the exit. I just pushed through them and walked to my vehicle and left. I had asked the staff before I left, if they had no security and they said they do not have. I ordered family fiesta.the wings are tasty.it has a chilli taste which is very delicious and it satisfied the cravings for spicy food.the chicken was spiced well and tasted delicious. The service was friendly and accurate. I was told the waiting time of 10minutes and it was exactly 10 minutes.the waiting did not matter because the music that was playing was pleasant to listen and created a calm atmosphere.
